According to the study from Griffith University in Australia, called the "Early Swimming Research Report", (the team interviewed 2,000 parents and compared their children's learning performance) it found that swimming children have better development in cognitive level, especially in solving math problems and counting.

It helps children to understand the concept of space, such as above, below, outside, inside, etc. It also improves blood circulation, exercising of limbs could increase muscle fiber, thickens and enhances metabolism.

Toddler Class - 1:1 ,50 minutes
Target:4 year-old kids who afraid of water
Content:Simple breathing, floating and kicking with a board
Elementary class- 1:1-2, 60 minutes
Target group: 4 years old or above
Content: Finishing 25m in Freestroke and backstroke with a board
Intermediate class- 1:3, 60 minutes
Target group: Able to complete 25m freestroke
Content: Finishing 50m in Freestroke and backstroke, 25m in breaststroke
Advanced class- 1:4, 60 minutes
Target group: Able to complete 50m in Freestroke, backstroke, breaststroke
Content: Finishing 25m butterfly stroke, "somersault", "underwater foot/big frogman" starting
Skill improvement class - 1:4 , 60 minutes
Target group:Able to complete 50m in 4 strokes OR 200 m swim
Content:improve and integrate the 4 strokes, aerobic training
Team training - 1:6 , 120 minutes (Mon, Wed, Fri night)
Target group:People who want to take part in competition, and having good swimming skills
Content: Special training, physical training
Other Notice:
first-come first-served for time slot selection (at least 2 ppl for Intermediate level or above)
Equipment
Bring your own swimming goggles and floats
Make-up lesson arrangement
If you need to ask for leave, you need to notify 24 hours before the class. Otherwise, there will be no make-up class, and there would be one make-up class in each term.
